Despite Domestic Structure, The Domination of Nepal Cricket in International Matches

        Last 5-10 Years have been a golden era in NEPAL Cricket history. The success in U-19 levels was always been highlighted for Nepal. But the senior men's cricket was not so dominating in International Matches. Nepal were in Division 5 and the Captains like Raju, Binod Das continue to show their extreme talent and made Nepal up to participation of Different Higher Assosciate Levels Championship but Nepal's poor performance could have been none of the highlights leaving one or two players who performs extremely well.
        Apart of Various International Matches due to lack of Domestic Cricket structure and selection process Nepal have had been a unknown country very till 2010/12 in International Cricket. Nepal U19 have had represented in two world cup already and earned the giant killer tag in their name back in 2006 and 2008. While the senior side were still in search of the great platform to represent their country. And Nepal got this opportunity in 2014 T20 world Cup Qualifiers where Nepal performed extremely brilliant and positioned 3rd in Rankings and were Qualified for 2014 T20 World Cup.
      In 2014 T20 World Cup, various Nepalese players represented were severely injured and had not fully recovered and Nepal team management also didn't had any extras to replace their injured players. Despite the brilliant performance marking their Nations victory over all Associates in Group beside Bangladesh, the world was exploring the Nations Cricket Management.
     As early as the CAN could make their base stronger the corruption within the organization led them to suspension. With the team regularly discussing and raising their voice for development and structure, the CAN negligence led them to  long suspension which is expected to be released in early 2019. The CAN suspension led a major crisis for the domestic structure the sponsors were interested on. The flop NPL and various cup led the domestic games in huge crisis. But then from no where the hope raised in the form of Nepal Team players like Paras, Gyanendra, Sharad, Basanta, Sompal and many more when they represented Nepal in WCL championship and 2016 World Cup Qualifiers and the success of Certain Domestic T20 Games gave birth to Kantipur Medias & WAI WAI Sponsored EPL T20 Cup where the level of game was surprisingly made high and preparation made tight and the Crazy Fans in Nepal won't let any special occasion get wasted. The Success of EPL resulted in the success of  DPL (Dhangadi Premier League) which not only globalized the domestic Cricket of Nepal but made the Sponsors a reason to invest in domestic tournaments.
      The early Success of DPL & EPL meant they were a step closer to globalize their domestic cricket and with the likes of Sandeep and Paras playing different International Domestic tournaments, the Cricket management of EPL 2017 decided to introduce the foreign player from Other Nation to include in their teams and with the participation of Hong Kong, Indian, Srilankan & UAE players and their responses the EPL team were highly benifited in those tournaments. Despite saying the profit was zero they didn't went for any losses either. But the profit was only the result of poor management outside the ground.
    The EPL introduction of foreign players meant DPL 2018 soon introduced same format with new Auction System.and had a success. The ongoing 2018 PM Cup Nepal (50 overs tournament) is also the example of Success of Domestic cricket in Nepal. But despite these all success and future benefits, the lack of venues and Suspended Cricket Association, the structure have yet not been well settled and focused.
    I must also say, despite those Success in Domestic Structure in present times, the Structure is not yet well settled and focused for future benefits and the slow going process of Venues are the worst part of Nepal Cricket Structure. Despite of these Nepal Cricket players are dominating the Cricket world with their extreme talents and one of their recent success is believed to be Gaining ODI status.
